Elderly

Once retired the elderly often gets into a routine. They can start on a slow-paced hobby or are frequent visited with friends. However, the time you have now can be used to improve your health condition and thus to lose weight.

What you need now is a moderate exercise regimen which will help to increase energy and improve your health condition. It is always good to have a friend who enjoys bearing company in walking. You can make morning walking to become a habit. Although the body starts to deteriorate with age, you can greatly reduce body aches and prolong your life by staying exercising.
