Holidays are the times known as very risky to our weight. We know in advance that we are going to overeat. During the holidays everybody wants to stay happy and worries-free and that is why tries not to think about weight loss. But there are some tips that are able to help you in weight loss despite of overeating during the holidays. Remember, that gaining weight is much easier than getting rid of it.

2. Make a break before having a desert. Dances are a great way to burn all extra food that has been consumed. In general, try to stay as much active as you can: talk, dance, laugh, play games, etc.
